Daily Grind...

It has all been about getting back into the daily grind after the christmas break which now seem's like such a long time ago. We have also been busy working towards our latest project Fifth Battery. Brain storming has begun (a couple of blend ideas) in advance of the arrival of our new roaster. Out with the old in with the new we will not be trying to replicate our current house blend but come up with something new, we’ll keep you posted.

Job Title: Roaster

We are looking for somebody to conduct coffee roasting processes and activities for Fifth Battery Coffee Roasters. Must have experience in all aspects of coffee production (including roasting). And more importantly the ability work as hard as they play.

Get Roasted...

Brother Espresso House Blend picked up a Bronze Medal in the Cafe Chain Category at The CSR Sugar Golden Bean Roaster Competition. This is the largest coffee roasting competition in the southern hemisphere, we sure are happy to have come away with a medal.
